CAS can be your single point of purchase for a fully integrated Natural Gas Sulfur Monitoring system. Simply select your instrumentation, support equipment, shelter type, shelter size and layout and let CAS do the rest. Once delivered to the site all you have to do is connect the power and your system will be up and running in a matter of hours. CAS offers Gas Chromatographs (GC) for continuous monitoring of Sulfur compounds in fuel and process gas. Utilizing real-time GC technology, this platform is fully autonomous, incorporating advanced techniques and state-of-the-art instrumentation. The instruments are designed for industrial applications and require very low maintenance. Over the past two decades, the CAS-supplied field GCs have been thoroughly evaluated in various locations against current standards to show conformity. In addition to sulfur compounds and VOCs, real-time GC monitoring systems are capable of measuring Odorant Level, Gas Impurity, and Industrial Emissions.

The 9002 series mobile infrastructure is built specifically to the customer’s needs, providing flexibility for short duration monitoring and measurement, odorization, pickling, regulation, and RTUs. Mobile infrastructure is becoming a necessity with the development of non-typical energy sources such as biogas and the expansion of LDC networks. Mobile systems serve a role during the replacement of existing infrastructure as well as rapid deployment for critical infrastructure. 9002 mobile units are built to your needs meeting and exceeding NFPA/NEC requirements from general purpose locations to Hazardous area classified locations. Examples of important aspects to consider when developing your mobile system: - What components are required to be ASME? DOT? Tanks, containment… - How do I safely transport my support equipment? Hoses, transducers, data cabling… - What does grounding look like on my mobile platform? - How do I bond the system? - Where are my adapter spools and blind flanges stored? - How do I retest pressure reliefs and vessels in a mobile system? - What is load balancing and how does it affect tongue weight? Let CAS answer these questions and work with you to design an appropriate mobile application, from sourcing to engineering, and optimization of the layout to save space. CAS provides an immediately deployable solution. The 9002 series infrastructure can be configured with your preferred equipment/instrumentation, tubed, and wired specificlly to your requirements.
